  • 10% discount at the Nature Center Store and Nature Store 

  • Special invitations to member events 

  • Discount on Tryon Forest Adventures and other fee-based family programming (eligible for Family level memberships $50 and above). 

Other Ways to Give

  • Make a one-time donation

  • Become a Park Perennial Monthly Donor.

  • Make an employer-matching gift. Some companies will match you dollar for dollar and some will even double or triple the amount of your donation —  at no cost to you!  

  • Support Friends of Tryon Creek through your business by donating matching funds, sponsoring or hosting an event, or making a cash or in-kind gift.

  • Donate stocks or bonds could help you avoid capital gains tax, while gaining a charitable deduction. We have an account ready to receive your donation of stock. 

  • Donate through an Advised Fund or Retirement Account, including Oregon Community Foundation.

  • Make a Qualified Charitable Distribution from your IRA directly to Friends of Tryon Creek could count toward your annual required minimum distribution and lower your taxable income – check with your financial advisor for details on how this could benefit you.
