Open Garden Tour

  • Friends of Tryon Creek 11321 South Terwilliger Boulevard Portland, OR, 97219 United States (map)

Join Friends of Tryon Creek and the Backyard Habitat Certification Program for a Lake Oswego Open Garden Tour. This event will feature several gardens that offer something unique to help inspire your own backyard.  Each garden will showcase the variety of what the Backyard Habitat Certification Program has to offer in creating natural habitats for wildlife.

Participants will be able to learn about native plants, how to control noxious weeds, limit pesticide use, improve stormwater management, and gain tips for attracting more birds to a yard of any size. Plus, you will be able to chat with program staff and volunteers while meeting current members of the program.

To attend, please RSVP with Friends of Tryon Creek and garden addresses will be sent Friday afternoon and again Saturday morning.

Event registration closes at 8 pm on Friday, June 2nd. To be invited to next year’s tour take a minute to sign up for our email list
